How is Koffucha made?
We start with high-quality cold brew coffee, then ferment it with a proprietary blend of live probiotic cultures (SCOBYs) specifically trained to work with coffee. The result is a sparkling drink with depth, clarity, and functional benefits that go beyond caffeine.
Is Koffucha a type of kombucha?
No—Koffucha is not kombucha. It’s brewed from coffee, not tea, and uses a different fermentation process.
